Planning a wedding can be a wonderful yet stressful time. At Canyonlands by Night and Day we offer you an exceptional wedding atmosphere situated serenely along or atop the Colorado River. Your wedding can be held on a wonderful deck or onboard a boat—both against the amazing backdrop of the Moab Valley.

Our experienced wedding coordinator, recreational activities coordinator, and in-house audio-visual equipment and support team take the stress out of what we know will be the happiest moment of your life!

Canyonlands by Night and Day Wedding Options

Entire building rental—Canyonlands by Night and Day offers one of the largest rental facilities. Our excellent chef will make delightful, delicious meals for you and your guests. We can accommodate up to 280 people with dining service, or more if you choose a less formal reception.
Patio rental—Our back patio is an intimate space where you and your guests can enjoy amazing views of the Colorado River. The deck can accommodate up to 60 people for dining service, or for smaller parties, a dancing and music area can be opened.
Boat celebrations—Canyonlands by Night and Day is the only destination to offer accompanying Colorado River boat services. Your wedding can be held on a boat navigating the Colorado River, or your guests can be shuttled to a beach for a truly magical ceremony. After the services, you can return to the main facilities for your optional reception or party.

Conferences

A large space with plenty of parking in beautiful Moab, Utah

For your next event, rent the Canyonlands by Night and Day facility for an entire day or just a few hours.

Our main facility holds up to 400 people standing, or for theatre-style chair placement, we can accommodate up to 320 people. If you require tables and chairs, we can accommodate up to 280 people. For even more space, we can include the deck and patio space as well.

Features

TVs—If you are providing a presentation or displaying a slide show, we have TVs on which you can play a DVD in a continuous loop.
Lecterns—A lectern provides the perfect professional and classy anchor piece at which speakers can stand and keep presentation notes for easy viewing.
Retractable Screens—If you have a movie or video and need a big screen, use ours! Our large screen works with any projector.
Breaks—Keep your meeting on track with scheduled breaks. We can provide snacks and drinks to recharge and refocus your guests. Washrooms are conveniently located.

Canyonlands By Night and Day employs an in-house event planner, which means event details are planned and executed to perfection. You will enjoy an event with less stress knowing everything will be ready the moment you and your group arrive.

Our event planner can even create custom layouts to accommodate your special requirements.
