Canyonlands By Night and Day

To make sure your vacationis a breeze, we insist that you read our policies in the case that your plans change or are altered.

Policies

Age Minimums:
The minimum age displayed is for safety reasons. Many of our tours have risk associated with the inherent nature of the tour. No one under the minimum age will be permitted for insurance purposes as well as abiding by state and local laws.

Regulations:
Cameras and Video Equipment are not permitted on the Sound and Light show in the evening for safety reasons. Guests are allowed to take pictures at dinner, but once on the boat equipment must be put away.

Restrooms:
All the tours listed have different restroom situations. If using the bathroom frequently is an issue, please contact the office for more information.

Cancellation:
48hr. prior to trip departure is required on all trips to recieve a full refund (Westwater Rafting and Package trips require 7 days). Once within the cancellation period trips become non–refundable.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ALL TRIPS DUE TO:
• WEATHER
• WATER (TOO HIGH OR TOO LOW)
• INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF PEOPLE
• MECHANICAL FAILURE
FULL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR THESE REASONS. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS ON DAILY TRIPS ARE NON–REFUNDABLE. TENNIS SHOES ARE RECOMMENDED ON ALL OF OUR RIVER TRIPS AND BACK COUNTRY 4x4 TOURS. DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL RATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. VISA, MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER ACCEPTED.
